FEES
Entry Fee: $125
Post Entry Fee: $150, if space available, call secretary first
Entry Refund Policy: Entry fees less $50 office fee refunded after closing with written vet certificate of unsoundness or illness. Entry fee only; Stall fees are not refundable.
Stall Fee: $150 includes 1 bag of shavings. Additional shavings available
Stall Deposit: $50 separate check
Stall Refund Policy: Stalls must be stripped and swept clean. Deposit will be refunded upon Barn Manager's inspection
Golf Carts: Available for the weekend, $200. Must be reserved by July 20, 2008
Camping: Available on the grounds. Reservations required, contact secretary (815) 757-5721
RV Electric Hook-up: Limited number, $100 Reservations required, contact secretary (815) 757-5721
Other Fees: Competitor's Steak Dinner on Saturday night $30. (Must prepurchase)

MARATHON INFORMATION
Type of Terrain: Rolling grass fields, woods, possible water crossing
Preliminary: 3 Sections; Up to 14 km; 5-6 Obsacles
Intermediate: 3 Sections; 12-15 km; 6-7 Obstacles Advanced: 3 Sections; 12-17 km; 7 Obstacles

INFORMATION
Type
of Terrain: Grass surface, some sloping terrain
Preliminary: 35-45 cm clearance
Intermediate: 30-35 cm clearance
Advanced: 20-30 cm clearance
Stabling Information
Stabling is mandatory, one equine per stall. 52 permanent stalls with rubber mats & sliding doors.
Others are portable stalls with doors. No electric fans permitted.
OTHER INFORMATION
Veterinary/Health Requirements: Neg. Coggins dated after Jan 1, 2010 must send copy with entry.
Health Certificate within 5 days. If traveling from out of state, you are required by Illinois law to obtain an entry permit number. There is no charge for this & information will be sent upon receipt of your entry. Addtional detailed information is provided in the Omnibus. |
